HIIT Boxing

Class Highlights:

We start with a dynamic warm-up to get your body primed and ready for action. You'll loosen up your muscles, increase circulation, and mentally prepare for the challenge ahead.
Heavy Bag Action: Get your adrenaline pumping as you take on our heavy bags. This is where the real fun begins! You'll engage in six intense rounds of boxing, alternating between high-energy punching combinations and bodyweight exercises on the floor. Feel the power as you unleash your inner warrior on the bag!
Core Exercises: Even in a short HIIT class, we can't skip out on working on our abs.  Your core is the core of your boxing!
Cool Down and Stretch (5 minutes): After the heart-pounding action, we'll guide you through a series of stretches and relaxation exercises. This cooldown period is essential to help reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility, and promote recovery.
