Class Highlights:
This is the class for those who are "sparring-curious" and those who want to try applying all the techniques learnt so far in a safe and controlled environment.
We keep the intensity low, because catching and slipping punches for the first time is intense enough!
You’ll:
Be using specific sparring gloves meant to protect the boxers, with a mouthguard and headgear.
Be focusing on technique, and being mentally ready to see, defend, and counter punches.
Be going through choreographed and controlled partner drills.
